Cedar Wood Playhouse / Wendy House / Play House in Worcester Park, Surrey for sale

This is a UNIQUE Wendy house made from Cedar wood - very rare these days! It was originally purchased from the Ideal Home Exhibition in London and was very expensive at the time. It has two bench seats inside and a lovely stable door, complete with a blackboard on the inside. It comes with both a chimney and window box for flowers, both of which are in the photographs, inside the house. There is also a lovely three pane window with shutters. One of the shapedcurved pieces at the back (at the very bottom corner) has broken off. Dimensions are as follows: 97" long (including the veranda) 60" wide 72" high The veranda measures 23" deep This house is now in need of some tender loving care and once restored would be back to the talking piece it always was.
